How to Use Nasal Sprays

Using Nasal Sprays

  1. Blow your nose gently before using the spray.

  2. Gently insert the bottle tip into one nostril. Press on the other side of your nose with one finger to close off the other nostril.

  3. Keep your head upright.

  4. Breathe in quickly while squeezing the bottle.

  5. Repeat in other nostril.

  6. Do not blow your nose right after using the spray.

 

REMEMBER:

Follow directions carefully

Do not miss doses

Store medications out of reach of children

Use nasal pump spray only as long as directed
