Step-by-Step: Standing with a Walker (Non-Weight Bearing)

Choose a preferred language

Place both hands on either side of the chair and gently push yourself up. Once you are balanced on your uninjured leg, place the hand on the same side as your injured leg onto your walker. Place your other hand on your walker. Push yourself up into a standing upright position.
